THE OWNER OF A VEHICLE IS:
- A natural person
  - a valid identity card or a passport
- A natural person running a business
  - an extract from the Trade Register, or a Concession Deed
  - a Certificate of CDI
  - a valid identity card or a passport
  - a power of attorney from an authorised person
- A legal person
  - an extract from the Commercial Register
  - a Certificate of CDI
  - a power of attorney from a legal representative (proxy)
  - a valid identity card or a passport of a fiducia

VEHICLE DOCUMENTS:
- certificate of roadworthiness (MOT)
- a vehicle registration document
- recommended: service book
